Collection and Delivery Policy

All orders are available for free collection from the nearest Swiss E-Mobility partner retailer. Please note, upon collection customers must:

• Present a valid form of ID
• Present the credit card used to purchase the product

Please note, if the product was purchased using a card in another person's name, the cardholder will be required to be present upon collection. 

Local delivery is also available via some Swiss E-Mobility partner retailers - please refer to your nearest retailer for more information. 

Sydney:

For purchases within Sydney, shipping will be handled by TUNE Cycles. Local delivery is available to addresses within 30km of TUNE's workshop (Marrickville). For more information please contact TUNE Cycles.
