Accessing the warranty portal is quick and easy. Simply follow the steps below:

Simply click on the link below and you will be redirected to the Service and Warranty Claim Portal
Step 2: Login or Create an Account.
Please create a login for the portal to make sure we can get in contact with you. I f you have an existing login you can use it to get directly to the portal.
Step 3: Service portal access
Once you are logged in we will take you to the Service and Warranty Claim Portal. Here, you will find all the necessary information and forms to submit your service or warranty claim.
Step 4: Submit Your Claim
Fill out the required fields in the claim form, providing accurate and detailed information about the issue you are experiencing. Attach any relevant documents or photos that may help us assess your claim more effectively.
Step 5: Confirmation
Once you have lodged your request we will get back to you within 24hrs to confirm your request and to advise next steps.
